Since 2019, ProInfoNet’s broadband team, Mission Broadband, has partnered with states, counties, and municipalities to design and implement reliable broadband infrastructure.
To date, we’ve helped 4 states, 52 counties, 574 towns, and more than 2.1 million residents bridge the digital divide and expand internet access for unserved and underserved communities across the U.S.
As broadband networks expand through BEAD and other funding opportunities, community-based providers (like co-ops, communication districts, and municipal networks) face growing pressure to maintain visibility into network performance.
To support these efforts, our team developed MBIAlert: a lightweight, premise-based monitoring solution that tracks circuit performance in real time without requiring complex integrations or added overhead.
With 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) support overlay, MBIAlert monitors uptime, speed, and latency, delivering alerts and historical reporting to help providers respond quickly and stay aligned with funding requirements.
MBIAlert is more than a monitoring tool; it’s peace of mind for providers building the future of broadband.
